Responsibilities
– Ensuring that customer enquiries from France are answered in a timely manner
– Providing customer-specific advice on the selection of the desired plant extract
– Managing customer projects from France, under the direction of the responsible key account manager with the involvement of the internal responsible departments
– Preparing price quotations and entering customer orders in SAP
– First point of contact for the Back Office and Customer Service teams for technical and R&D related questions and assistance
– Leading internal and interdepartmental projects under the direction of the supervisor
– Entering and maintaining master data in the SAP system

Requirements
– Basic education in chemistry with high affinity to plants, combined with further education in the commercial field
– Experience in customer service is a plus
– Experience with SAP is an advantage
– Fluent in written and spoken German and French, knowledge of English is desirable
– Very good organisational skills, a high degree of commitment and flexibility as well as an independent, self-reliant way of working
– Strong communication skills and team spirit
