For businesses, achieving compliance involves, in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>checking the formulas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>updating labels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>updating the product information files (PIFs) where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>From 31 July 2026, products that do not comply with the new allergen labelling requirements will no longer be allowed to be placed on the market.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance \u00e0 bien comprendre : la \u201cmise sur le march\u00e9\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>There is one point that is often misunderstood by stakeholders: the concept of \u2018placing on the market\u2019 does not correspond to either the date of manufacture or the year in which a product is launched.
